What clients think about
my support and services
I gather feedback from all the families and young people I am fortunate to support, both with diagnostic assessments and specialist tuition services. I do this to improve my services and feel it might be helpful to share some of their comments with you also.
University Studies Support
Susan has provided me with incredible support throughout my final year of university.
When I started these sessions, I thought it might be too late in my academic career to change my learning style and grades; however, I could not thank Susan enough.
A key focus has been on improving my organisational skills. As I am dyslexic, it's easy for life to get all over the place; however, I now feel considerably more organised and less overwhelmed. With this, my planning skills before and during assignments have transformed. This, in turn, has led me to be able to achieve high first grades at university, which I simply didn't think were achievable. I suppose what she really taught me was to believe in myself.
Susan's passion for helping and improving dyslexic thinkers was clear from the start and I couldn't have felt any more supported throughout my last year.
She is kind, warm and extremely helpful. She always makes you feel your best and can give you the tools not to let learning disabilities hold you back. I could not explain how helpful and grateful I am for these sessions.
These sessions were the highlight of my week, and I shall miss them a lot! Felicity Prater
I've really enjoyed my sessions with Sue as she has supported me through my degree. She offers a listening, wise and encouraging presence and I came away from each session having truly benefited from her support. Her years of experience are evident and I could not recommend her enough. Rachel Frost

Vision
Sue has been an excellent support for my teenage son as he approached his GCSEs. Her engagement with him and us as a family has been highly beneficial.Right from the start Sue carefully explored my son's needs, and thereafter used a highly individualised approach for him (which fully engaged him).
I have found Sue to be skilled and highly professional, whilst always displaying warmth and empathy.
She has encouraged and empowered my son - which I believe is key to supporting dyslexic learners. I would highly recommend her.

Sue made such a difference to my daughter, who really didn't want to do any extra English tutoring, even though she was worried about schoolwork, but from the first meeting Amelia said, 'she just gets me'. It was her confidence that changed first, we noticed it and her teachers noticed it. With the right help she realised that she could do it. Big thank you to Sue who showed her how.
